I have a home CCTV system which I could previously monitor from my ipad, iphone etc using the iApollo App.
This was the case until I fitted a new BT router as the previous one was no longer working correctly. I can now no longer monitor the CCTV as I have been informed that the new router needs to be reset.
I have no idea where to start. Can anyone help? The CCTV runs to a DVR which is supposed to connect wirelessly to the router.
As mentioned above, the whole system was working correctly until I put in the new BT router. Please assume that I am not technically minded and will not understand any tech jargin.
If you still have the old router and it is working sufficiently to connect a laptop or iPad to it, look in the port forwarding section and make a note of any settings. Replicate these settings in your new hub.
