Just for the record, are you an employee of BT? Just so I know a representitive has replied to a complaint.
This is a community forum the only BT employees here are the moderators.
Does that mean it is a waste of time for me post an my issue here?
Considering it has been going on for over a year, probably more like 2 years but before that I would call BT and end up in a call center in India and given generic tests to do.
That would depend on what you hope to achieve.
If you are looking for advice as regards what could be causing your problem and ways to have it diagnosed and possibly resolved, then posting on this forum is not a waste of time.
If you are looking for a guarantee that your problem will be resolved then posting on this forum would be a waste of time.
