Connecting multiple devices to Home Hub 3

We are having problems connecting multiple devices to HH3 via wifi.  I have searched the forums and it seems there should be no reason why we should be having issues like this and there is no limit to the number of wifi connections.  So can anyone explain my problems?  I have seen posts that suggest a call to the "help desk" (descriptor used advisedly!) will result in being fobbed off with nonsense advice.  Certainly my experience of this BT service is not great, so I will avoid that route.

Re: Connecting multiple devices to Home Hub 3

Is your problem that you can not connect the devices to the Homehub or is it once the devices are connected they lose the connection?

What devices are affected?

Have you ever been able to connect the devices to the Homehub?
