this is a common problem with new build estates as you can see if you look through some of the posts using search often the problem is between the builder/contractor/openreach and the customer normally gets little information.

After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email
Hi RhysAllenUK,
We can check with Openreach for an update to see when the network will be ready if you send us over your order info. Please use the 'contact the mods' link in my forum profile to send in your details. You can find the link by clicking on my username.
Thanks
Neil
Same situation here, moved into a new build back in September, still no broadband. Just keep getting told lies by BT/Open reach... seriously how long can traffic management take?
"How long can traffic management take?"
How long's a piece of string?
I've known some take over 12 months.
Had a recent one for a fault in Liverpool take 6 months because they needed to dig up a one way street that was needed for access by emergency vehicles and the alternative routes already had roadworks on so the local Council would't give permission.
Similar vein is a shop in St Helens where the council have rejected 3 applications to dig up their shiney new shopping precint.
Bottom line is if it goes to Civils/Traffic Management its out of Openreaches hands , better off if its a new estate hassling your local councillor
