Connecting the Ipad to by BT Home Hub

I have recently purchased a Ipad and am having trouble accessing the internet on it.   I followed the instructions provided in the box and synched my ITunes over OK.   However when I try to access the internet it comes up with the following message "There was a problem communicating with the web proxy server (HTTP).

 

I have been into the settings section on my Ipad and it does show the BT Home Hub-D350 as being recognised/connected, however I get the above message when trying to access any apps which connect to the internet.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Try deleting the existing connection on your iPad and putting the details in again from scatch.
