I have had the HH2 since September and have no issues with anything connecting to it except a Surface Pro. Always issues when trying to connect. I have used the smart set up option in the hub manager in the past and it seems to have worked, however when I use 192.168.1.254 the smart set up option isn’t there. Has anyone else encountered this?
Its probably best to factory reset the home hub, using the recessed reset button.
Smart setup is best disabled anyway.
Its also possible that BT have removed that feature, as it causes lots of connection issues.
