can you post stats from your hub
are you using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps by eliminating your internal wiring and your faceplate as causing a problem
try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
My connection was like this a while back, coupled with a gradual drop in download noise margin. The engineer replaced wiring from where cable joined the house and up to a new master socket. It didn’t seem to make much difference at the time then all of a sudden everything got better. Stable for days now with a good speed. I still don’t know why, just happy it’s fixed hopefully.
So are you currently connected to test socket with a filter? The formatting of stats make stats difficult to read
You really need to use the test socket to start of with and when connected to test socket check quiet line test. At same time check that there is no dial tone at any extension socket whether in use or not
if you are conencted to test socket, quiet line test is ok and there is no dial tone at any extension socket then phone 151 and get engineer visit
