Connection Offer Fee

Hi, I'm confused about a portion of my bill. I've been billed [x] amount for "not making the minimum amount of calls this month," which is set at 10, yet my bill says I have made 40 calls, 14 of which were free.


Can anybody tell me why I'm being billed this "fee" as well as the charges for all my calls, when I've clearly fulfilled the critera set out in my agreement with BT?

Hi I suggest you contact the forum mods they should be able to get that sorted for you this is a link to them
they normally reply by email or phone within 72 hours

They are a UK based specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

Hi CMJames,

You can also give the Live Chat team a go, you can chat to them by clicking on the banner at the top of the "Bills & Call Packages" board.

They're open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.
