Connection Unstable / Speed Fluctuating

Hi 🙂 Wondering if anyone can help...


I've had Infinity installed since mid October, and up until now it's been great. No noticable connection problems or any issues at all with speed.


This week however, that's changed. 


It's as if the connection is "dropping out" intermittently.. It's hard to describe, but I'll be browsing the web, and all of a sudden - I'll just start getting "page cannot be displayed" errors.. I have to keep refreshing a few times and then it'll kick back in by itself. I think the "0.07" downspeed result shows this below


I also notice that my speeds are fluctuating massively.. I've ran a number of speed tests to prove this, both on my laptop and iPhone (to try and prove that it's not one machine related)

your stats show you are on max speed for infinity 1


are you using wireless as devices are phone and laptop?  if so


have you turned of smart setup  




Turn Off smart setup




have you split the networks
