Hi
I am currently working from home - when using my laptop over wifi without a vpn connection I get around 33mb download, which is fine.
As soon as I connect to AOVPN, the vpn provided for me by work, the connection drops to <1mb download which is useless.
If I use a commercial vpn, my download speed is fine.
I never had this issue using AOVPN at my old address ~3 weeks ago, where I was also with BT.
My question is, could BT be throttling the two UDP Ports that AO-VPN uses (4500 and 500)
I have tried calling their customer service who were absolutely useless - does anyone else have any ideas?
