As you are on ADSL, the broadband comes down the same line as your phone, so it would not be anything local that is affecting your connection.
Have you checked the Service Status page?
Looking at your last thread, you must be a long distance from the exchange, so maybe line conditions have deteriorated?
It says we have an open fault. But I have not reported one yet, is this done by someone else?
Its automatically generated when a major service failure occurs. It creates a fault report for all affected circuits so that the helpdesk, and customers can see if their line is part of the failure.

Hi, seems like it was indeed an exchange problem. My connection is back but unfortuneatly my IP profile has been capped low, im guessing due to the temporary fault or me resetting one too many times. Theres no chance of getting it reset is there? Or do I have to have a steady connection for however many hours?
