Connection drop outs and slow downloads

Hi, I've been having real bad problems with my BB connection for a week now. Disconnecting every few minutes and when I do get connected the speed resembles dial up!! Did all the usual checks, restart router check for noise on line etc, and nothing! I'm on BT Infinity 1 using HH5 can anyone help please? I can't deal with the customer service people as they are disgustingly rude and don't care at all!

Can you supply the following and we'll see if we can pin down the problem.
