Ok so this problem has been going on ever since I've been with BT (around 9 months) and it's got to the point where it's really annoying. Whenever I try to upload anything over a Gb to Google Drive/One Drive, my connection drops out and it is extremely frustrating.
It would seem that others have experienced this before and found a resolution but it seems it's been done by BT's backend. Please help.

Have you been able to test your upload connection since? The issue was fixed on Monday so it should be working for you
