Sorry you're connection is dropping. Can you give us more detail on what the problem is? Are you having wireless problems? Do the hub lights change? Is there any noise on the line? If you can us as much detail as possible we'll try to help.

You're not really being of help here to diagnose your problem. Don't worry we'll try and guide you through at a pace suitable to you.
Is there any way you can check the connection with a wired device?
Do any of the lights on the hub change?
Do you have a corded phone? If so can you do quiet line test, 17070 option 2 the line should be silent between announcements.
