Connection keeps dropping

we have a big issue with out Internet connection- it keeps dropping out and and devices ices can see the hub they cannot connect Unless we restart the hub.  The problem is that happens in excess of 20 times a day, for some reason concentrated around particular points in time (I am writing this after it has dropped out 6 times in a row this evening.)

 

we have a home hub 2

Should I see the warm kernel restart in the event log below?

no my hub does the same and is only 6 months old

the poster has a home hub 2 and it a known problem with those hubs and has shown to fail soon after as the device is now getting quite old now
