Hi, i repoted this fault last week along with slow speed after multiple disconnects and i had an engineer come to check my line on the 9th and everything was ok. Did a speed test on the BT site and it reported a problem outside my house, saturday i noticed an engineer outside and my broadband and land line went off as i guess he was working on it. When it came back my speed was back to normal and it stayed connected for 2 days but tonight the 13th it has disconnected 3 times in 4 hours again. This is getting really annoying can anyone help?
Thanks

That's what @imjolly is after for sure @gazza49er,
You must be very close to the fibre cabinet as your line has good potential. Others should be along shortly to offer you further advice.
Cheers,
Robbie
Can anyone help? It stayed stable for 2 weeks but tonight its started disconnecting again. I was worried about this when going to fibre as i read somewhere that our exchange was over subscribed and when it gets busy will chuck people off, is this right? I feel like going back to my old normal braodband which was at least stable.

I don't know where you read that but it is clearly rubbish and does not happen.
Did you check the line again as requested?
Yes the line checks all come back ok, ive had disconnects every night this week and as my main hobby in semi pro sim racing i cannot take part in a lot of the events as i cant trust the broadband to stay up. What else can i do?
When you said the line check were fine, was that the quiet line test, or just the BT line test?
Do you still get drop outs if connected to the test socket with filter?
