with all the disconnections you are experiencing you normally expect your noise margin to be high but yours is normal - about 6.  your stats look ok

 

have you or are you connected to the master socket or the test socket or somewhere else?

The hub and phone are in the main socket. (using a filter ofcourse)

have you tried the test socket? only may help if you have extension sockets in your home

Turns out it was a faulty ADSL filter, just thought i would replace it just to try. Not a single drop out or drop of speed since. The so called "fault in the exchange" was a load of rubbish.

that 'problem in the exchange' reason for your problem gets used a lot and is a good way to end the conversation
