Constant orange Power light!

Hi,

 

I'm very new to BT Broadband, having had it installed on Wednesday. All was good until last night when the Hub3 started restarting then going into power saving mode (which I had not activated on the Hub Manager).

 

If I turn it on and off again the orange light stays on. It will not restart and nether will it reset.

 

Now and again the orange light will flash, only for it to become solid again.

 

Help!

Hi i suggest you you contact customer services on 08001114567 and request a new hub as that one is a faulty one
