we are having to reset our open reach modem at least 3 to 4 times a day after upgrading from infinity 1 to 2. I am been given the runaround by the offshore customer services who just ring up everyday and ask if everything is OK. And of course the answer is no, you've done nothing so the situation is the same. It's been like this a week now with customer services not doing anything to help. All they do is run a line test (of course this works when we have reset the modem !!!!). Anybody got a url or tel number to contact a reliable UK tech team to resolve our issues ????
