Hi, my broadband drops constantly, several times a day. I believe it is due to poor wiring as it seems to droop when I am in certain areas of the house. I have a very old junction box with loose wiring. To get this investigated or fixed is it BT responsibility or mine?
If its in your wiring, then its your responsibility, otherwise you will be charged for the visit.
