After an exchange of e-mails about a requested change to my broadband package, I have heard nothing for nearly two weeks.
Despite combing the BT website, the only telephone number I can find is the usual 0800 number. Apart from being reluctant to sit on hold for half an hour at a time, I know from previous bitter experience that when I do get through, I won't get any sense.
Has anyone found a more satisfactory way of contacting BT, either a different telephone number or an e-mail address? Or am I wasting my time...
Starting today, I won't be binning the flyers from Virgin, Talk Talk et al.
