As a BT Yahoo email user I started having problems with my Contacts,Tickbox etc not working about six months ago.
The online advice was to Clear Browsing Data.This worked well but with a repeat required every couple of months or so.
Today I have had to clear browsing data three times to be able to address and send emails and clear unwanted emails.
Is this part of the problem that BT are highlighting today or is there another remedy to this problem?

It could be related to the problems that were happening today.
I would give it a day or two to see if your problem is still happening or has gone back to "normal" and if not post back to see if any help can be given.
