since my upgrade to the new BT email, I have lost about 95% of my contacts and my groups have disappeared.
What can be done about this, will take me AGES to add them back and am sure I don't have a lot of them elsewhere.
Try clearing your browser's history and cookies. If your browser has the option make sure you select "from all time".
If that doesn't work try another browser for test purposes.
I have cleared my browser history "from all time" and tried in a different browser but it doesn't make any difference.
Any other ideas?
