My contacts have not been moved over since the migration, haveing over 20 years of cantacts not migrated is not good at all, why were these not migrated over whith th chenges, and how do I get them back,, all contacts were stored on my account, accesed via pc/web rather then local, as these should be protected via server nightly back ups.. how do I get these restored to my account. Not happy..

Ok this is becoming very frustrating, every time I want to compose a new e-mail, having to go off and find an old e-mail from the person in my in box just to get a e-mail address that would have been in my contacts list, it is time consuming and a pain in the rear. + all the additional information that would have been added to that contact info is missing, as no contacts. Now looking at complaints process, This should not have happened, and certainly without warning giving you a chance to save your contacts list. Been a week or more since it was first noticed.

Matt-S thanks for sorting this out, assume it was you after the PM's. But I have to say still rather disapointed that to get your contact list back we, as the customer, have to do this, go on the Forums, and then wait for a Mod or Admin to sort it out. I have to question the testing and checking of the new mail system prior to is being released on customers, for it to have a lot of problems,,, big thread on issues with it. Any way sorted now, many thanks to Mods.
