Contacts problems on new BT email

When my email was updated to the new BT email from Yahoo the Contacts did not transfer properly. Many have lost the surnames, eg I now have 18 Alisons, and some contacts have disappeared completely. Some now appear twice! It's a real mess.

The problem is I do not know how many emails I have lost. I'm devastated.

Also, the autofill is also incredibly slow. How can this be an improvement?

Anyone got any suggestions?
