Contract Break - Is it possible?

Hi All,

 

My partner and I live apart currently and between May and October she has to move in with a friend due to work commitments. Her friend already has a BT contract (Broadband & Phone) so my question is, does anyone know if my partner can take a break or "freeze" her contract (Broadband, Phone & TV) for the 4 or five months that she is staying at her friends? Then re start in October? How and who would we need to ask?

I think you will find that BT do not allow "contract breaks".

 

You could ask at Live Chat but I wouldn't bet on getting one.
