I recently extended my contract and was told BT sports would be extended free of charged. Last 2 months I have been billed and having gone through Chat received a credit. I was told to phone loyalty dept so not billed in future. 3 weeks has passed since I phoned and told they would listen to my call and a manager would get back to me within 24 hours. This was 6 days before the lockdown. I can’t get through on chat or phone and need this resolved before next bill. For a telecommunications company this is poor service
sorry but you just need to keep phoning 150 and then billing there is no email or online access
