Contract Renewal - Cheaper as new customer

Afternoon all,

Hoping somebody can help. I've had a link for my renewal, but signing into it actually makes me £10 worse off a month to keep the exact same package. Alternatively, there's a new customer offer for £20 less a month, INCLUDING a £80 voucher, with a £10 set up fee.

I'm happy to just re-sign up to a new contract, not paying £500+ more for the privilege of staying the same. Is it possible to just follow the link through on the new basket, pay the tenner and let it carry on as before? Does this cause issues?

no

as soon as you put in your details and phone number the system will know you are an existing customer and you cannot proceed

try phoning the options team 0800800030 who deal with renewals and see what you can negotiate
