My contract has ended and I want to know the best way of contacting BT, during the COVID shut down, to discuss the best options open to me prior to making a decision as to whether to stay or change provider.

You can call this number  0800 800 030, that number is for contract renewals only. They usually answer very quickly, and you can discuss the renewal of your discounts.

Go to BT.COM and use the chat help facility. That's better than actually calling in at the moment. They'll be able to run through your options with you.
