Contract Termination

Go to solution
Once I am out of contract with BT, can I change service provider or do I need to provide any form of notice period?

If my contract expires on 28th July, can I provide 31 days notice on 28th June?

 Two "distinguished sage" both quoting the use of MAC,MAC have not been needed since late June 2015, all migrations are now Gaining Provider Lead where the new supplier does all the legwork in arranging the switch.

Time taken is still around 14 days.

@Soon-Steve-Soon,

If you had looked at the message dates you would have seen that the posts from the distinguished sages you refer to were from April 2015 before the new rules came in. 🙂
