Contract ending
My contract is due to end in November. I get constant letters telling me to renew now, however I have called several numbers to talk to someone but just get in a queue for ages and no one picks up.
The price offered in these letters is double what I pay at the moment. The 500 minutes calls option is no longer available and is now £7.31 for more minutes which I don’t need.
Any advice on how to speak to someone or do I just jump ship!

Try calling early in the day or later at night, it's normally quieter then.
