During the past 24hours I have linked up via the chat line service with BT Operatives, and had discussions concerning a problem over my contract. After these written dialogues I have filled in the satisfaction survey and have also pressed the icon to receive a transcript via email of the relevant written dialogues . To date I have not received any transcription copy of either of these interactions. Does anyone know how long it takes for a copy of the written conversations to be emailed out. (or is this just to look good from BT's perspective without actually doing anything).
I've had similar problems during number of recent on on-chats with BT, nothing arrived with me when requesting an email copy of my chat
For one chat I I had to make a Data Subject Access Request via the "bt.com/privacypolicy" page
It would appear that either there is a glitch with the software program that BT have and it's not responding to command, or it maybe that BT are unaware of it or it's being ignored by BT . It would be interesting to hear a response from BT on this matter.
