Could not record the Bradford FA Cup

Despite several reboots, the Bradford FA Cup refusedtoregister on the TV Guide and refused to record on my BT Vision box. Very disappointing. Why did this happen?

Don't know why your guide/recording failed, but on my BT Vision+ box highlights are available under 

Menu > On-demand > BT Sport > Barclays Premier League

A pretty stupid place to put it since it's the FA Cup and not the Barclays Premier League!
