For reference the Digital Region Network never used DLM on any of it's connections - latency used to be with 5-10ms which was a lot better than you get with BT - any changes to the line were all done manually, so even if you were constantly disconnecting on a regular basis you could have still be getting the maximum speed you synced at.

 

I've also noticed over the past month speeds have been dropping with BT - and previously easily obtained 73-75Mbps and now only getting upto 69Mbps - Not sure if this due to work they have been doing recently but new cabs have gone up in our area.

 

There are good and bad points for having DLM or not....

I still see may people complaining that DLM is affecting their connections. 

So has DLM been turned off or not ?
