Credit balance refund

Hi,

I left BT broadband service since December 2019 and I still have credit balance on my account.
How to get a refund from my balance? I've tried to contact customer service via telephone and live chat but never succeed and it's going circle. Every month BT keep send me bills until now.

Anyone can help me to get my money back?
