Credit where due

Have to give bt some credit for getting my flakey connection fixed so quickly. Engineer was here next day after fault was reported. Outside fault so no charge. After being with other providers that will swear blind that you have an internal fault and flatly refuse to send an engineer unless you agree to pay even though you know the fault is outside it made a pleasant change.
