Customer Care possible scam emails

For about 2 weeks I am getting regular emails from CUSTOMER CARE - but the emails associated with it is a private email - the email tells me I have emails returned because of no syncing and then today it was about changing to a newer version of BT email.

The link they give to log is in BT colours, but doesn't look genuine. I have reported it to scam dept and have tried to block the email, but it then comes back with another persons email attached.

anyone else getting these. are they a scam? how do I stop them

I'm sorry that you've received those suspicious emails.  These are known as phishing emails and we have seen an increase in reports of phishing attempts.  Have a look at this link which has more info - What is a phishing scam?  Is the email I received genuine?
