Customers using BT as an ISP cannot connect to a website

I have an issue with the website I am operating - www.thepsychictree.com not being able to be connected to by customers who use BT as an ISP. Using Open DNS you can connect fine, but obviously most people will not have that setup. I have confirmed the DNS settings are correct and you can navigate to the website using other ISP's. Another thing to note that it appears that BT-Strict is not flagging the website as having DNS issues, but BT (unfiltered) and BT-Light are. Does anyone here from BT or not have any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue?

this is a community forum where customers help customers - you post does not go to BT.  the forum mods are BT employees but may not read allthe posts

Frankly if anyone can suggest a solution be it from BT or not, that would be useful
