Has your sync speed been rising as a result of these drops?

Is it anywhere near either what it was before or the estimate for your line?

Lowering.  For the ten days after the engineer's visit the sync speed was 79.99.  As soon as the first drop occured two days ago it went to 75.8 then 75.5 after the second reset.

Given your speed was 79.99 makes it look like DLM was reset on your line as that is the max speed.

So from then, DLM started counting errors and disconnections and has now taken action because it's found instability.

If your speed falls below the estimate on your line, you probably have a fault which will need an engineer to attend and fix.

Ok. Thanks! So DLM definitely has been applied.

Our estimates for our line were 77 - 80. We're literally 50 yards from the cabinet.
