I concur with @Webby obviously a reporting error from the Openreach modem. As you are within range then most likely crosstalk has caused it and until such time that Openreach decide to deploy vectoring there's nothing you can do.
Your speed isnt going anywhere without some network intervention. But I doubt you will get anyone to look into it as your speeds are within the acceptable ranges.
