So I'm having an engineer out tomorrow to do a profile reset and hopefully sort out my low speeds, fingers crossed anyway. I was on about 0.8 upload before so I decided to check on The DSL checker website to see what I should be getting and my expected speeds have increased. Download I was predicted between 32-40 and it's now gone up to 35-46. What would cause them to change and is it likely that once my line is sorted I will achieve these speeds?? Weird seeing a speed increase when I'm not even meeting the minimum speeds on the previous list. Can anyone shed some light on this cheers?
Please post your full Router Stats. For a Home Hub see on here: Broadband Top Tips . Full router stats are key to any speed & connection issues.
OK. I was wondering whether you had low connection speeds or just slow speedtests. They can be vastly different for vastly different reasons. I'll now look at your other thread & find out for myself.
When you did the BT Broadband Availability Checker what did it say at the foot of the table about Premise environment?
You have quoted its revised Clean range but what is its Impacted range now?

Bridge tap u for unknown, bridge tap y for yes, bridge tap n for no.
