When I put my landline number in the DSL checker or Openreach website, they both say FTTP is available. When I put in my number and address on the BT site it says no fibre available. When I called and spoke with an adviser, she said their system hadn't been updated yet and I should just keep checking. The weird thing is my nextdoor neighbour got upgraded with BT 2 weeks ago. Screengrab below shows what I get from DSL checker. What am I missing?
Many Thanks!

If you don't currently have FTTP installed then you would require a home installation of the ONT but OR are not accepting orders due to COVID-19 until June so you will have to wait until then.
phone 08005874787 the FTTP team
installations are on hold until June

Thanks for responding so soon! What is ONT and what does installation entail if FTTP is already described as available?
Optical Network Terminator - ONT
Basically this is installed by Openreach inside your house, think of it as a modem, its not a hub or wifi router, that gets plugged into the ONT.
Without a ONT the Fibre cable from outside cant be plugged into anything and it appears the only way for this to happen is a engineer enter the home, which they currently wont do.
The checker saying its available is just that, its available.
ONT looks like this
