Every morning when I open my email app - Mac mail - I get an error message that my BT account is inaccessible because the password has not been recognised. This is my primary BT account; my two sub-accounts operate fine. My primary account is also accessible via the website - mail.yahoo.com. Most days, mid-afternoon or so, the account suddenly springs into life snd all my BT emails arrive in the mail app. Anyone any idea what is going on?

Just the usual dysfunctional BT mail system.
It depresses me to realise that you are quite correct. I am a long time BT user, and have defended them in the past, but I can see that this issue has been rumbling on for a while without any apparent help from them. Sigh!!
