I am able to restrict access to wifi through the BT Halo hub and app. I don't see the same function for mobile data. Is it available?
I believe that there are apps available that can do this, you'll need to search the relevant app store.
You can apply parental controls to mobile data via MyBT, if that is what you are looking for?
For more control, you will have to use an app like Qustodio, which works on most devices.
Thanks for the reply.
I was looking for ways to control data access from BT versus a third party app. Something that works in a similar way as the router. Stange that BT does not seem to offer this.
Thanks for the reply.
I dont see anywhere in MyBT to control data access on Mobiles. Can you explain where it is?

Look at the mobile section, I assume you have BT Mobile, then select the number of the mobile, and then move down the screen to Parental Controls.
You have the option to set the level of filtering, if that is what you are after.
You cannot control mobile data access times without a separate app.
Thanks
It is mobile data access that I was looking to control. Thanks for confirming it is not available from BT.
Maybe something BT should consider introducing - same control as they provide for WiFi.
