Hi there, I joined BT a few weeks ago and am getting mobile data charges and no one at BT can tell me why. On 3 days when I had charges I didn't take the phone out. I have now changed my package to exclude my mobile. I cancelled roaming data and my wifi which made no difference. Can't see the point of a mobile package when you are afraid to use the phone. They offered to reduce my surcharge limit from £40 to £5 and cancelled some of the surcharges. I am on a strict budget and at least I know now what my bill will be. I still have no idea what the charges were for, they just say they cannot say due to data protection. Quite a nice little earner!
