Oh dear. Spoke too soon, apparently. The billing page now shows the following:
"Due to essential maintenance work this section of the site is not currently available. Full service will be restored soon."
This should have been sorted out long ago, as you say last was on the 4th, coming up to 4 days not knowing how much has been used.
And still down, come on BT get it working, or has it gone the way of Voip, being thought about.

Sorry, we are currently unable to present Billing and payments information.
I fear there may be many users who have no idea of how much Data they have used, I know there are some heavy users who may find an expensive bill falling on the mat, some do not have the luxury, if you can call it that, of the extra 500MB and may well be in for a shock.
Due to BT not being able to provide users with Data usage, I hope they will make allowances for this when demanding exorbitant amounts of money for users who have used too much.
