You were on ADSL, not BT Infinity, unless you have changed recently?

Re: Declining speed

I'm just going by what the  BT Smart Hub Manager and my BT bill say:

This is the cost of your Package at £60.99 a month, charged in advance from

Re: Declining speed

As you had posted on the ADSL board, I have moved this thread to the Infinity (FTTC) board.

In order to find out what services and speed range you should be getting, please enter your phone number into this form.
Broadband availability checker

Please remember to edit out your phone number before you post the results.

What speed were you quoted when you started the contract?

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

Please can you post the full connection information from the smart hub?

As you are using the BT Smart hub please can you post your connection stats by, Open a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager.  Click Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’
