Hi @zminton  The broadband service should now be up and running. Will you check this and confirm that it is now working?

Hi @zminton 

Thanks for taking the time to chat with me again this evening. 

I am really pleased to have been able to help sort everything out.  Sorry that things took longer than first anticipated.  All the agreements over the phone have been applied and I will go ahead and close things off from here.
