The neighbours with FTTP no longer have a landline, but this is the information which comes up for their address:

try phoning the FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help if you explain what engineer told you.

If the FTTP team say FTTP isn't available, get them to raise an ORDI request with Openreach to make sure their records are up to date.
