Delays on getting my order activated - account number **Edited**

I had to place a second order because someone one BT cancelled my first order and on the 24 of November was the day that my second order was going to be activated but it wasn’t . Tried to send e-mail and called to BT services and they said that there system wasn’t working... Can anyone please help me with my activation problem?? It has passed more than one month since my first order and I’m still waiting to get my broadband activated... Many thanks

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm really sorry for the problems you are having with your order.

The best thing for you to do would be to contact our order specialist team and allow them the chance to put things right. I will drop you a private message now which will include the link to the order team whereby you can chat with them online. This order team is based in the UK and will own your complaint until everything is sorted out.

Apologies for the confusion.  I confused myself slightly also Smiley Embarassed

 

I've actually sent you a private message with a link to chat with our order team.  When you are on the front page of the forum, beside your username, you should see an envelope where it says "1 new message".

 

Click into your inbox that way and you'll see the link I sent you.
