I had to place a second order because someone one BT cancelled my first order and on the 24 of November was the day that my second order was going to be activated but it wasn’t . Tried to send e-mail and called to BT services and they said that there system wasn’t working... Can anyone please help me with my activation problem?? It has passed more than one month since my first order and I’m still waiting to get my broadband activated... Many thanks

The best thing for you to do would be to contact our order specialist team and allow them the chance to put things right.
